TCP is a specialized broker/dealer firm comprised of diverse and seasoned market veterans and member of the NASD, SIPC and MSRB. Established in 2003, TCP currently clears trades via Pershing, LLC, considered the most prominent company in its space. - 94 corporate transactions, of which 58 were in a co-manager role
- 142 municipal transactions, of which 14 were in a senior co-manager and/or co-manager role
- 83 preferred transactions, of which 23 were as an underwriter and 4 as a co-manager
- 46 equity transactions, of which 10 were as an underwriter and 1 as a co-manager
- 24 Syndicated Agency bullet transactions since we became named agents for Freddie Mac (June 2006) and FHLB (July 2007)
- 167 Discount Note origination trades for FHLMC and FHLB placing approximately $5.88 billion
- 8 ABS transactions totaling approximately $18 billion in deal size
