Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Statement

Toussaint Capital Partners (TCP) maintains a Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan that provides for the firm’s continued operation in the event of a significant business interruption. The Plan contains mechanisms for critical systems to be preserved and brought on-line as soon as practicable. It also provides for alternate locations for the firm to continue its operations; continuance of regulatory reporting; customer communications; and the preservation of books and records. TCP clears through Pershing LLC, where your customer account (cash and securities) is handled in custody, as applicable.
