NYSE GROUP NAMES TOUSSAINT CAPITAL PARTNERS AN UNDERWRITER FOR ITS SECONDARY OFFERING
NYSE Group, Inc., which operates the New York Stock Exchange and related businesses, designated Toussaint Capital Partners LLC to serve as one of the underwriters for its 25,000,000 share offering. The offering was completed successfully in May 2006.
